I've been hunting around for a good deal on landlord property insurance recently, ahead of becoming a landlord myself. I think it's really important to have adequate protection in place if you're taking on something as important as becoming a rental property owner. There's just too much at stake - if something goes wrong for whatever reason, you can find yourself seriously out of pocket, and what was going to be a nice little earner turns into a financial albatross around your neck.
I'm looking for a pretty comprehensive policy that will cover things like rent insurance as well as all the basics. I want something that will give me complete peace of mind so I won't have anything to worry about at all when I do actually become a landlord.

I have read about about this landlord property insurance concept in many of the post...this thing is very good and beneficial for the landlords but at the same time its a very terrific thing for the tenants.Thank God! I opted to purchase my own flat two years back else even I would have been sewed in this thing.
