I've been looking at buying houses to rent in Troon recently. Troon itself is a beautiful place to live, and, mostly thanks to its rich golfing heritage, there's always a lot of people who want to live there. With house process being as low as they are at the moment, I think now (or perhaps in a few months time) might be a good time to get a bargain.
I've always liked Troon. I spent quite a bit of time there on family holidays and trips when I was a kid, so it will be good to go back and see how much the place has changed when I'm scouting for properties.
